Birthday party ideas for teens?

I wanted to throw a surprise 15th birthday party for my two best friends in our local park. Before I make it official, I wanted to think of some things we could do outdoors. I was going to invite around 20 people (coed), so please give me some ideas that would keep everyone entertained!
