Should I give this girl the old 'heave ho'? Advice much appreciated?

I have to say...you're incredibly astute and that is just so refreshing. I was going to recommend you give her the 'benefit of the doubt' however I changed my mind. Actions speak louder than words and she isn't putting any effort into it. How long does it take to send a text, say 20 seconds? I totally agree that she is probably dating around and that's fine. However, I think there is a certain respect that should be extended to someone when you are trying to make plans. Furthermore, her actions dictate the potential "future' of dating her which spells disaster because her communication skills are lacking.
