Does Revlon Frost & Glow leave your hair brassy?

Every single time I've tried an at-home highlighting kit, the streaks/highlights that are supposed to be blonde, come out orange/copper and look soo brassy. I always think that the copper looking hair looks so trashy and end up having to dye it a solid color a few days after to get rid of it. I recently saw a bunch of reviews on YouTube about the Revlon Frost & Glow, but no one has mentioned the brassiness. What do you think?
