Sadly my dear i think you missed your chance for now. Stay out of trouble and maybe your parents will let you have a facebook and you can connect with him there. It sounds like at the very least he wanted to be your friend. Be honest with your parents about this. don't try to hide things from them, it only makes them more nervous and less likely to trust you. good luck :)
