All star cheer levels ugh please help 10 points!?

What is international open coed level 5 and also level 6??? Theres a girl on the IOC level 5 team with only a standing back handspring. I thought it was level 5 tumbling and stunting? And she's 16. I'm on level 3 with tucks and im 17.. I'm so confused! I want to go to worlds but cant cuz im on level 3 :( no fair
