Can anybody tell me what movie this would have been?

I'm trying to find a movie that I saw when I was little. All I can remember is in one scene - I think it was at the beginning - there is a man driving a pick up truck in the middle of the night. He comes across a glowing brick wall in the middle of a field or something. Then I remember that same man in some kind of enclosure, naked and screaming and surrounded by something that looks like spotted cow utters. Later I guess his body is dropped off in the field, and some people find him there completely naked and disoriented. This is all I can remember and it's driving me crazy to find out what movie it was. It scared the hell out of me as a kid!
