I made level 4 coed team .. But i couldn't jump at tryout cause my knee injure an i couldn't stunt .. I want to show them that i dissever this spot on the team that i will push my self to have the best jumps an tight motions ... Do you have any-tips for my practice tonight how i wont to be on the team ? any stretches that Will help my toes touches an other jumps ? How to get my triple toe touch ?
