How do I clean my Glow in the Dark Nike dunks 2007?

I've has these shoes for about a year now and I've tried cleaning them but the fabric is so different and alot harder to clean. I would really like to know how to clean them without ruining them. They were expensive and I've looked online but there was nothing on how to clean them.
