Stinky the snail on plants vs. zombies question!!?

So i have a question about stinky the snail in the Zen Garden in plants vs zombies. So i just found out about how the glowing plants give coins and that u can move water plants and mushrooms into different gardens. Do all plants glow at some point and give coins? if so does stinky go into the other gardens to pick up the coins? Also so you know how stinky falls asleep? So lets say i dont play for a day but it falls asleep like 5 mins after i leave will all of the coins after that just not exist / go to my money bag/bank or whatever? Thanks! sorry it kinda a lot!
