Was i abducted and Why?

when i was 5 or 6 cant remember i loved scary movies one night after a scary alien movie i was fine went to be and it seemed like a dream but so real i got up and saw glowing lights from the bathroom so i went to the hallway and saw this green thing with big red eyes and antlers like a moose and i screamed MOMMY! but it did something so my voice wasn't working and i struggled with it for a minute then it got my down to the ground and i passed out when i woke up in my bed from the dream or abduction or something i couldn't breathe and i wasn't choking it was like not breathing and being fine but i coughed up some green slime that was like snot and spit it into my trashcan and went into the kitchen and for some reason i forgot about it until now when i fell and hit my head please give me an answer i'm not crazy i know what i saw!
