What did my dream mean???

I had a dream the other night that a girl that looked EXACTLY like me moved into the house across the street from my dad's house. She and walked into our yard with a chihuahua on the leash. This random girl said ''look this is..'' but I can't remember the name. She looked at me over her shoulder and she was beautiful! She had perfect hair and and she was glowing. But she looked exactly like me. Later in the dream, it said she cut herself. What does this mean?
