What kind of arm injury do I have?

I was practice basketball with my Special Olympics teammates just so you know it is a coed team. I was running to the hoop and getting ready to make score however my opponent knocked the ball out of my hand and smacked my forearm. When I went to work the next day which was a Friday my co-worker told me it looked swollen.What did I do to my left arm?
