Will I eventually produce more pre ejaculate?

I'm just a teenager, but whenever I get a huge *****, it normally takes about 20 minutes of me having one until the clear sticky stuff comes out the end slowly, which I assume is pre-ejaculate coed out. And when it does, it dries up pretty quickly. Will more of it come out as I get older and will it come out quicker, so when I have sex I'll be ready to ejaculate instead of waiting a little while? Thanks.
